Terms and conditions

The hours and km counted are: departure from the garage – return to the AKA Limousine garage

Included in the price:

Fuel
Insurance coverage for passengers
Child seats (on request when booking)
Wifi connection (on request when booking)
Water bottles on board the vehicle

Not included in the price:

Transfers: waiting time exceeding the ordered transfer time: invoiced according to the hourly rate “provisions” of this table, rounded up to the nearest 1/4 hour
Additional km
Parking fees, tolls, tunnels, foreign taxes
Night supplement: CHF 38.- excluding tax if the driver is on duty between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Meal supplement: CHF 34.- excluding tax if the driver is on duty from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
or from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Drop-off costs per agent and/or driver: CHF 180.- excluding tax

Damage:

Any damage to the vehicle attributable to the customer will be re-invoiced, including damage requiring intensive washing.

Other services :

Provision of a driver without vehicle: CHF 65.- / hour excluding tax
Provision of a coordinator: CHF 65.- / hour excluding tax

Cancellations:

Cancellation up to 12 hours before departure from AKA Limousine: No fees are charged
Cancellation between 12 p.m. and 3 hours before departure from AKA Limousine: 50% of the amount of the trip ordered is charged
Cancellation less than 3 hours before departure from AKA Limousine: 75% of the amount of the trip ordered is charged
Cancellation after departure from AKA Limousine: 100% of the amount of the trip ordered is charged

Cancellations:

Delays due to the customer are billed according to the hourly rate
“provisions” of this grid, rounded up to the next 1/4 hour
